Are monthly subscriptions automatically charged to my credit card?
Yes. If you have purchased a subscription package that allows you monthly access to content, your card will automatically be charged. If you decide to suspend or end your subscription and need more assistance, simply contact us.
How do I edit my credit card information?
It’s easy to edit your credit card as well as any important info related to your subscription by going to the ACCOUNT section of the site. From there, click on the “Subscriptions” tab/link and you will see a link titles “Update”.
How can I find a receipt for my order?
The best way to get a receipt for your purchase is to print out the information located in your ACCOUNT section. If you require something more formal, contact us.
How do I reset my password?
Resetting or changing your password can also be accomplished in the ACCOUNT section at the vey bottom of your profile information.

I’m having trouble viewing content, what else should I do?
There are a couple of common reasons for not seeing content. One can be intermittent or poor internet connection. Check your current status and go to a location that has better reception or internet access. Another is having too many applications currently running on your device. Take a moment to close some apps. It is also recommended that you restart your divide periodically and run regular updates. If you are still having issues of any kind, contact us.

Can I submit my own scouting materials?
No. But you can Contact Us about joining our team.
Can I have more than one profile?
No. We limit profiles to one user.
